From volumetric study to handcrafted reality.

Every residence begins with an exhaustive empirical study of natural lighting, acoustic parameters, and tactile material compatibility before a single line is drafted.

MOVEMENT I • ENVIRONMENTAL ORIENTATION

Solar Movement & Microclimate Study

Before layout drafting, our team installs photometric sensors across the raw structure. We analyze solar azimuth and elevation angles throughout equinoxes and solstices to design rooms according to natural shadow movement.

MOVEMENT II • TACTILE AUDITING

Physical Mockups & Low-Kelvin Audits

We assemble full-scale 1:1 physical sample boards directly on site. Natural stone slabs, charred timbers, and patinated bronze fixtures are evaluated side-by-side under pure 2400K indirect illumination.

MOVEMENT III • TECTONIC DETAILING

1:1 Joinery Detailing & Flush Hardware

Zero standard moldings or trims are permitted. Every shadow gap, recessed baseboard, and concealed door hinge is drafted at 1:1 scale in CAD, accompanied by bespoke bronze hardware casting patterns.

MOVEMENT IV • CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Artisan Direct Supervision

A senior partner is permanently dispatched to the project site during crucial milestones. Stone setters and master joiners work under direct oversight to guarantee millimeter-level tolerances.
